Bank of America has lost computer data tapes for 1.2 million workers — including some US senators! Thieves could use the social security numbers and account information on the tapes to steal workers' identities.  The customers are part of a federal government charge card program.  The bank has apologized — and will be sending letters to everyone who's affected.  Among the senators involved...Senator Pat Leahy of Vermont.
