An update now on our I-Team Investigation "Contractor in Cuffs." Tonight, contractor Leonard Neal wound up in cuffs again in Glenville Town Court.  This time, on a harassment charge.  Last week, we told you about the Gagnons of Glenville.  They claim Neal never finished their deck and he wouldn't give back their money.  Police arrested Neal for "scheming to defraud a customer." Well now, police say that Neal has been harassing Robin Gagnon — ever since our story ran.  Neal was sent to the Schenetady County Jail on $4,500 bail.
